Shipping Policy
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

- “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We also accept same-day delivery which cuts off at 3 PM. Orders placed beyond this time will be accommodated the next business day.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Same-day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Metro Manila.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email and your Waybill once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Goli Philippines is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Goli Philippines is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with our service. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at goliofficialph@gmail.com. Our customer service team will get back to you. After we receive your email, we will send you a confirmation slip. Once confirmed, please place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and send your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method for your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note Returns or refunds will only be accepted if:
- The item received was expired or nearing the expiration date
- The wrong order was received
We will only accommodate inquiries if the products are still in their original packaging, sealed, and/or unused. This policy does not cover change of mind, product compatibility, customer preference, or customer error.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have placed your order, the products are reserved exclusively for you. If you cancel your order less than a day before it is scheduled for shipping, you will not be able to cancel it. Additionally, once your item has been dispatched, we will not be able to entertain cancellation requests.
